When you generate a sticker, the artwork is first rasterized in-browser to about 500px on its longest side. If Remove background is checked, the tool flood-fills inward from the edges to find and zero out a solid background colour, leaving just the subject. From that silhouette it builds two loops: a border loop offset outward by your white-border width (in millimetres, converted to pixels using the sticker's target width), and a cut loop offset further out by your bleed amount. The preview canvas draws the white border with a soft drop shadow, layers your artwork on top at the same scale, and strokes the cut loop in dashed magenta so you can see exactly where the blade will travel. Three separate exports come from that same geometry: a transparent PNG of the border-plus-art at roughly 1500px (no cut line, ready to print), an SVG sized in real millimetres with the white border as a fill path and the magenta line as a 0.1mm stroke, and an A4-proportioned print sheet that tiles the sticker six times with faint corner crop guides. Sticker width, border width, and bleed are all adjustable in millimetres before you generate; height is calculated automatically from the traced silhouette's aspect ratio.

Which cutting machines does the cut line work with?
The magenta line is a standard CutContour registration line that Cricut, Silhouette, and Roland print-and-cut machines all recognize, either by importing the SVG cut file or using the contour in your cutter's Print & Cut workflow.
How does the white border get generated?
The tool traces the silhouette of your artwork, optionally removing a solid background first, then builds an offset border loop around it at the width you set in millimetres, and a separate cut-line loop just outside that with your chosen bleed.
Does it upload my artwork anywhere?
No, everything runs locally in your browser, including background removal, silhouette tracing, and rendering. Your SVG, PNG, JPG, or WebP file is not sent to a server — except the optional AI edit assistant, when you use it.
