Refund policy
Short version: every VectorProof tool lets you preview the complete result for free before you pay anything. Because digital purchases are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final.
Try before you buy — always
Every tool on VectorProof runs in your browser and shows you the full result — the converted SVG, the stitch simulation, the cut-readiness report, the palette, the mockups — before any payment is requested. Payment only unlocks the download of a result you have already seen. If a preview doesn't look right, don't buy it.
All sales are final
One-time unlocks, packs, and the Studio Pass are digital products delivered immediately at the moment of purchase. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is stated before checkout, at checkout, and confirmed by you at the point of purchase.
EU & UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right can be waived: at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase — the free preview remains available either way. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for digital content that is defective or not as described.
Exceptions we will always make right
All-sales-final applies to change-of-mind. It does not apply to our mistakes. Contact us and we will fix or refund:
- Duplicate or accidental double charges.
- A purchase that never unlocked (payment taken, product not delivered).
- A technical fault on our side that makes the purchased download unusable and that we cannot fix.
How to reach us
Reply to your Stripe purchase receipt (it reaches us directly), and include the receipt number. We respond to billing issues as a priority.
