VectorProof accounts are passwordless: there is no password to create, remember, or reset. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and we send you a one-time code — that code is your key, fresh every time.
Subscribers — manage billing
Update your card, view and download invoices, change or cancel your plan. Signing in emails you a secure one-time code (via Stripe, our payment provider) — enter it and you're in. Because a new code is issued on every sign-in, there is no “forgot password”: just request a new code.
How onboarding works when you subscribe
- Pick a plan on the pricing page and pay through Stripe's secure checkout.
- Your tools unlock immediately in this browser — no signup form, nothing to install.
- Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice for every billing cycle (keep these — they're your proof of purchase).
- Use the button above any time to update your card, download invoices, or cancel — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
One-time purchases
One-time unlocks are tied to the browser you bought them in and to your Stripe receipt. If you cleared your browser data or moved to a new device, reply to your Stripe receipt email with the device change request and we'll restore your unlock. Every receipt links to a full Stripe invoice for your records.
Security, in plain words
- We never see or store your card — payments run entirely on Stripe.
- We never store a password for you — sign-in codes are one-time and expire quickly.
- Your artwork is processed in your browser; the core tools never upload your files.
- All sales are final on digital products — see the refund policy (billing mistakes on our side are always made right).
